For after-school programs, clubs, camps & childcare

Pickup time doesn’t have to be chaos.

Parents verify with a PIN or a QR code in seconds instead of waiting on one staffer checking IDs — and every handoff still lands on a tamper-proof record.

You add a card up front. Nothing is charged for 30 days, and the plan starts billing automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.

Pickup is the riskiest half hour of your day.

Every weekday at 4:55

The rush

Dozens — sometimes hundreds — of parents arrive inside the same half hour. One person with a clipboard is checking IDs while the line backs out the door, and every family in it is forming an opinion about how you run the place.

Six weeks later

The dispute

A parent insists they never authorized that pickup. Whose word is it against yours? Without a record of who released the child, to whom, and at exactly what time, the answer is nobody’s — and that is the problem.

Without warning

The audit and the drill

A licensor asks who was in the building at 3:10 this afternoon. An evacuation asks the same question, faster, and does not wait for you to find the binder. Can you produce the list instantly?

The pickup pipeline

One handoff, minute by minute.

The work starts before the parent reaches the door — which is the whole point.

  1. 13:42 PM

A parent taps “On my way”

She leaves work and shares that she is en route, with an arrival estimate — from the same app she checks her child’s status in.

  2. 23:43 PM

    Your Pickups queue lights up

Staff see who is incoming and roughly when. Sofia gets called in from the gym and staged at the front — before the car is anywhere near the lot.

  3. 33:51 PM

    She arrives and verifies

A checkout PIN or a rotating QR code confirms it is really her, in seconds. Custody restrictions are checked by the software, not by whoever happens to be at the door.

  4. 43:52 PM

    Handoff, on the record

Checked out, timestamped, attributed to the staff member who released her, and appended to a ledger that nobody — including you — can edit afterward.

The old way runs in the opposite order: the parent arrives first, and then somebody starts hunting through three rooms for the child.

Car line? Same flow.

Parents tap “On my way” from the road and verify from the driver’s seat. Staff see the queue building, bring each child out to a car that is already expected, and record the handoff on the spot. Nobody leaves the vehicle, and nobody works the curb with a clipboard.

Three things a paper binder can’t do.

A custody ledger, not a sign-in sheet

Every check-in and check-out is an append-only, timestamped event with who performed it and who confirmed it. Nothing can be edited after the fact — your liability record is tamper-proof.

Event order is assigned by the server, not the device, so the sequence holds up even when two taps land in the same second. Corrections are additions: an entry made from paper after the fact is permanently marked as a manual backfill and attributed to whoever entered it.

Custody safety enforced in software

A do-not-release restriction does not merely warn someone. It blocks the checkout itself — for that specific guardian and that specific child — so a restricted pickup cannot be completed by a distracted staffer on a busy afternoon.

Staff see a do-not-release banner on the roster, restricted requests stay unfulfilled instead of quietly going through, and when a child leaves with an authorized non-parent, the record names exactly who received them.

Works when the Wi-Fi doesn’t

The network drops mid-pickup and the taps still register. Check-ins and check-outs are captured on the device the moment they happen and sync when the connection comes back — no lost events, no double entries.

Your emergency roster stays cached on the device and opens offline, with a live head-count check-off for the parking lot. Anything reconstructed from paper afterward is entered as an attributed backfill, so the gap is visible rather than invisible.

Up and running in three steps.

1

Import your roster

Upload a CSV of students and guardians. Re-run it as your roster grows — children already imported are skipped, never duplicated, and new rows come in cleanly.

2

Invite your parents

Each invite is bound to one email address and verified against the guardian’s phone number before it can be accepted. Wrong person, wrong phone, no access.

3

Run tonight’s pickup

Staff work the roster and the Pickups queue from the same app parents use. Nothing new at the front desk unless you want a kiosk there.

Everything else it does.

All of it is included at every plan size — you pay for how many children you serve, not for which safety features you are allowed to use.

Front-desk kiosk mode

A locked device where a walk-up parent requests pickup with a phone number and PIN. Staff fulfill from their queue — no shared logins floating around.

Staff schedules & lockout

Weekly staff schedules with an out-of-hours lockout. Access to children’s data ends when the shift does.

Absence signals

The roster flags who was expected today and has not arrived, so a missing child surfaces at 3:15 rather than at 5:30.

Tamper-evident activity log

Invites, roster changes, role grants, custody restrictions — recorded, attributed, and append-only, just like the check-in ledger.

Per-admin permissions

Grant each admin only what they need: inviting other admins, removing users, changing workflow rules. Not everyone needs every key.

Security policy presets

Set how strict pickup is per location — start from a preset, then adjust the individual controls if your licensing requires it.

ETA sharing

Parents share that they are on the way with an arrival estimate. Staff see who is incoming and when they actually arrive.

One app, every role

Admins, staff, and parents use the same app with role-based screens. One thing to install, one thing to support, one place to look.

Children’s data

Held to the standard the data deserves.

You are handing us the names, schedules, and guardians of children. We treat that as the whole job, not as inventory. Read the privacy policy.

  • COPPA-aware by design — children’s data is collected for check-in and custody only
  • No ads, and no advertising trackers in the app
  • Your data is never sold or shared for marketing
  • GDPR-style data export and deletion on request
  • Tamper-evident, append-only records of every custody event

Simple per-location pricing, every safety feature in every plan.

You pay for size, not for safety. $99 to $499 per location per month, set by how many students you enroll — with a 30-day free trial to prove it on a real pickup first.
